PROVENCAL SAUCE RECIPES

(Scampi Sauce)

Shrimp Scampi

1 lb. Raw Shrimp
8 oz. Provencal Sauce

Sauté raw dry, shrimp in Provencal sauce. Serve as is or over buttered rice.

Fish Provencal

1 lb. Fish Filet
4 oz. Provencal Sauce

Broil fish - spoon melted sauce over fish & serve.

Chicken

1 lb. Chicken Breast
6 oz. Provencal Sauce

Cook chicken breast. Spoon sauce over chicken breast - garnish with veggies.

2 lbs. Cut up Chicken
8 oz. Provencal Sauce

Pour sauce over raw chicken - bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Baste chicken with sauce.

Seafood Pasta

1 lb. Pasta
1 lb. Seafood (raw)
8 oz. Provencal Sauce

Sauté raw seafood in Provencal Sauce - Pour over cooked pasta.

Vegetables Provencal Sauce

Great to use over cooked Broccoli, Cauliflower and Baked Potato instead of butter or Hollandaise sauce.
